The Insignia NS-DXA1 is one of the best analog digital converter boxes that we have reviewed so far. There seems to be a lack of popularity with this TV converter box but it is clearly one of the best ones. It is very cheap at only $65 and has nearly every feature imaginable and more than most TV converter boxes that we have compared and rated so far.
The Insignia NS-DXA1 comes with an auto aspect ratio setting, manual and auto scan tuning, a universal remote control, adjustable captioning, and a better than average programming guide. The only thing the Insignia NS-DXA1 TV converter box does not come with is analog pass-through.
The Insignia NS-DXA1 TV converter box provides viewers with a very good picture. The quality of the picture with the NS-DXA1 is comparable to that of the Magnavox TB100MW9 and is only slightly behind the very top TV converter boxes on the market. This TV converter box all provides viewers with excellent crystal clear sound quality.
Overall the Insignia NS-DXA1 TV converter box is one of the best ones that is currently for sale. If you are interested in getting an TV converter I would suggest getting this one or the Tivax STB-T9.
