The Artec T3A Pro Analog Digital Converter is one of the better TV converter boxes that we have reviewed so far. The Artec T3A Pro TV converter box provides users with all necessary functions of a TV converter box along with avery good picture. The only major thing that Artec T3A Pro digital TV converter box is lacking is analog pass-through. If you need analog pass through you can go with the updated Artec T3AP Pro. The Artec T3A Pro Digital TV converter box sells fro $54.
The results of our T3A Pro TV converter box review and comparison showed that is has a good range of features including adjustable closed captioning, an on screen program guide, a signal strength meter, and dual tuning functions. This TV converter box however does not come with a universal remote control or analog pass-through.
The Artec T3A Pro TV converter box provides one of the best pictures of all of the TV converter boxes that we have reviewed so far. It provides a crystal clear picture that is almost equivalent to that of a DVD. The Artec T3A Pro TV converter box also provides users with excellent sound. If you are looking to enhance its reception even further you might want to consider purchasing the Artec AN2 which has been specifically designed to work with the Artec converter boxes.
Overall the T3A Pro TV converter is a very very good TV converter box. Its selling price is very cheap at $54. If it only had analog pass-through is would probably be the best TV converter box we have reviewed so far. With that being said we have great news. Artec has come out with an upgraded version, the Artec T3AP Pro which is exactly the same but has analog pass-through.
